Today at work I cooked 150 pounds of beef ribs. Let me tell you - that's a lot of beef.

We're getting ready for the Elvis Festival this weekend. 150 elvis impersonators and thousands of idiots with too much money and nothing better to do (read: Elivs fans) will descend on the collingwood for their anual elvis orgy.

I hope I get to see black elvis. He's awesome.

yes, I just realized that that's 1 pound of ribs for every elvis impersonator. Cosmic.

I hope that's not all you're going to feed them, because I don't think a pound of ribs would last Elvis very long.

My friend and I were talking about going to Wasaga Beach on Monday... but perhaps we will change our plans and go check out the Elvii!

Totally. Actually, if you want to crash at my parents' place we've got a couple of guest rooms free. I'm off on monday if you want a wasaga native guide, too.
